Spare room/closet space for storing boxes/luggages

I have an extra room in my condo with an extra closet. I can store boxes and luggages in the closet (and part of the room). For access, we need to have prior arrangement. I work everyday from 9am to around 6pm. I go on vacation about 20 days per year.
