Hey I have an extra room in the house I am not using that would be ideal for a storage tenant. Its currently filled with my girlfriends stuff but she has her own place now and will be moving it all out Sunday so possession can take pace May 1rst. I am open to offers but would like to get around $145. Its 11feet long by 5 feet wide and the ceiling is about 8.5 feet high so lots of room for stacking.
