Our clean warehouse with 30' ceilings is located just north west of highway 400 and highway 401 on Huxley Road. The closest warehousing to downtown Toronto and the two major highways. We are flexible in size - you can rent 500 to 18,000 square feet. Rental rates range between $1.35 and $1.75 per square foot, depending on size rented. Prices are all in including taxes, insurance, maintenance and utilities. Additionally we have pallet storage available for $12 per month. This is flexible and charged out on a monthly basis at the commencement of each month. You are welcome to view the space 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. We require 2 months notice from the end of any month to leave the facility or downgrade space. Added space is available upon request. If you need labour we charge out using our amazing staff at $30 per hour. This includes any use of our forklift, receiving, pick, pack and ship. Any supplies are charged out at cost like pallet wrap.
